How Men and Women Fit

Book name: How Men And Women Fit Author: Christoffel Sneijder Ratings: 4/5

MY TAKE: How men and women fit is not just another self-help book, it's different and most importantly it's special. The book talks about three brain theory which can help us to become a better human, to communicate properly and understand our partners. The 3 brain theories we are talking about are head, heart and gut. The book consist of facts that have been researched, you can totally rely upon what the book is communicating and it will answer all your relationship questions as well. What I've learnt from this book is that we first, need to communicate about our problem with our significant other because communication is the key. Half of our problem can be sorted if we just communicate. The second and the most important thing I learnt is to understand what our partner is trying to say and not just think about how we feel. The last learning was to trust because trust is the base upon which we build our relationship the base has to be strong.

The book that will change your relationships for the better, with your partner, kids, family and colleagues! How Men & Women Fit, finally understand your partner with the 3 Brains theory brings a revolutionary new way of looking at interpersonal relationships and how we as humans can change our communication and social skills. Discover how your 3 brains: Head, Heart and Gut are connected for powerful decision making and how having them aligned has a profound impact on all your interactions. When not addressed correctly these can result in procrastination, being stuck, ego/trust, demotivation/depression, stress/anxiety, and ineffective decision-making approaches and these are troubling all our relationships.

The 3 Brains theory (Head, Heart and Gut-Brain) is based upon connecting research that is done over the last 70 years. How our brains developed from early times, how they make a decision and even more important in which hierarchy and how they communicate with each other. In this book, you will discover how our 3 brains determine your and others life, how they are in charge of our emotions, decisions, communication, listening skills and how we handle conflicts. So actually, how successful, meaningful and happy/healthy all of your relationships are. You will understand how our Head Brain provides us with logic and creativity, how our Heart Brain is the connector with other people and “drives” us with emotions like love, hatred and compassion and last but not least how our Gut Brain is in command of our survival and therefore, is able to overrule the other two. It is the “ME’ Brain. This is the killer of a healthy relationship if it is in command. I you will understand the 5 reasons why we are setup for having troubled relationships: 1. We misunderstand how our Minds (1 vs 3 brains) Really Work 2. Our Gut and Heart Brain disagree about “ME” and” US” in Making Decisions 3. The Equality Problem: We have been taught to dominate or to submit 4. Gender Stereotypes: The Mars/Venus fallacy, the Hoax of Feminine and Masculine Traits 5. We Underestimate the Power of Trauma/Abuse and Bullying And more importantly how to overcome those in the 17 rules and solutions for dealing with the 3 Brains. For all the parents you will have the insight on how 3 brains develop in children and teenagers and how to deal with that. Just like the topic we all like to know to how our 3 Brains are connected with sex or lovemaking. We can all learn what our preference is, and also recognize which is our partner’s, friend’s, colleague’s or manager’s dominant brain. The beauty is we can educate our 3 Brains, they are not set in stone. My promise: Happy Healthy Relationships are a possible book that will change your relationships for the better, with your partner, kids, family and colleagues! AUTHOR SPEAKS: "In my free time I love to sport, swimming and biking and I find my peace in meditation and having a walk. My iTunes library is overloaded with all kinds of music and fits every mood I am in, from happy to melancholic to energetic. My passion for the written word is since I started to deliver the newspaper when I was 11 years young, From that moment onwards I have been reading the newspapers. I follow all the news, when I have my coffee in the morning, I read a newspaper, see CNN and BBC to have an understanding of all that is going on in the world. My friends sometimes get tired of my question of how and why it is as it is? I have always curious to understand why it is as it is. That also sparked my interest in the 3 Brains, as I was always wondering what is in charge of our behaviors, and our emotions. Why do they ignite? That concept of our subconscious, that iceberg peace underneath the water was bothering me as it felt like a Blackbox with random outcomes. I inherited from my parents a moral compass that made me feel sometimes disconnected from other people as I never understood why people bully or are so cruel or dishonest to each other".
