"Learning to let go and grow" is the second book in the motivational Series by Flannigan The book consists of brief messages which help to learn how to grow through the can of worms. This book talks about mental health, self-acceptance, self-care and learning to grow. All the 100 messages are super helpful and positive for the mind and also for the soul, whenever you hit the lowest in life it's hard to pick yourself up and I think a book like this might help you pick yourself and also help in building a stronger self.
