Make Me Pretty Make Me Laugh

Book Name: Make Me Pretty Make Me Laugh

Author: Jeremy Beth Michael

Rating:4.5/5

MY TAKE: The book consists of some amazing beauty and skincare tips with every chapter. You see! it's a win-win read and it has some cute illustrations as well that you'll love. What else can you ask for in a book? The author blended both comedy and beauty together really skillfully. Comedy is about magnifying your flaws and makeup is about concealing those flaws and it not an easy combination to go with, but Jeremy nailed it. I'll rather read this book then go buy those usual boring makeup magazines. The author wrote this book very humorously because beauty doesn't need to be that serious. I really liked this book because I was offered with so much On My Plate- entertainment, makeup tips and a lot of information. It's a must Buy book in my opinion for girls. WHY YOU SHOULD BY THIS BOOK✨: -It will turn out to be your best friend, every girl should pick this one. -You learn something from each chapter. -It has a lot of really important beauty tips. - The book both capitative and entertaining. - You will learn how to do your makeup like a pro.

ABOUT THE BOOK: This unconventional how-to beauty book takes a hilarious and easy-to-learn approach to the most commonly-asked questions regarding beauty, skincare, aging, and makeup application. From the mind of an inappropriate comedian and makeup artist, and complete with illustrations, you get the best of both worlds. This isn't your standard beauty how-to book. If you scour social media for the latest beauty videos, or if you love spending your day off browsing the aisles in Sephora, you'll love this book! Go behind the scenes into the crazy beauty industry from the perspective of a makeup artist and comedian living in Los Angeles, where there's never a shortage of comic material. From quirky encounters to over-the-top and hilarious observations and maybe even a touching life lesson or two (awww), paired with easy-to-learn and easier-to-perfect beauty tips at the end of every illustrated chapter. You'll learn while laughing how to determine your skin type, why you should use a primer before foundation application, and how to perfect your winged liner.
