MY TAKE:

It's a great story! A very intense and refreshing love story. I love this book because it touched a lot of family issues that a lot of couples might be facing. At first I was distracted by a lot of things while reading this book but as I progressed I fell in love with the world-building, main characters and the storyline mainly. The scenes were so perfectly framed that they didn't felt fictional at all. Jake and Mara were the type of couples who could only be done apart by death. I am out of words, I can't find the words that will do justice to the amazingly written book...yes that how much I loved it. More than anything I loved how Jake Wills his way against cancer to be the father, grandfather and husband that wants everyone to remember him after he is gone.

CHARACTER DESCRIPTION💙: JAKE AND MARA- They are a happy couple and they live their life together as partners, parents and grandparents. The chemistry between this couple was electrifying and so adorable, they went through all the ups and downs together. The love between them is the kind of love that is hard to find. I really appreciate how the author has built these characters.

AUTHOR SPEAKS: "Hello everybody! My name is John Rossman. OUR SECOND “CHILD” is my first published book. I began this project about three years ago during a difficult time in my life. The book was written for two extremely special reasons. It is a story about a couple who formed an inseparable bond through life’s hardships. It is a voice for people suffering from secondary infertility and for parents dealing with health problems with their children. I have experienced both and through those feelings, OUR SECOND “CHILD” was derived. It was therapy writing and it opened my mind up to positive change that I desperately needed. I am currently writing my second book, TABLE FOR TWO. When I’m not writing, I spend all of my time with my son and or wife. We love working out on the beach and exercising in other serene natural settings. Music and writing have always been a passion of mine and have fueled my soul ever since I was a young boy."
