The (D)evolution of Us

Book name: The (D)evolution of Us Author: Morwenna Blackwood Ratings:❤❤❤❤❤/5

MY TAKE: I thought the book is gonna be an easy-breezy read but that's not that way, it deals with sensitive topics... It's something that seems to be done with perfection. Everyone just used everyone other in this process of evolution. The book is more about people than places through my lens. The story takes crazy turns. The author did a great job crafting such a fantastic story and the characters. This book in itself is a novel and there is another novel called Catherine's novel. It describes more about the evolution that I just mentioned. The book is written in a well-planned way, you will feel the suspense till the last turn of the page- that's the beauty of this book. What I love the most about this book is that the book has covered Really sensitive topics like OCD and depression which not a lot of authors are talking about. Kudos to Morwenna for doing this. All in all, I love this piece of work and I would suggest this book to each and every one of you. Though the book is not released yet- it will be released on the 4th of May and I beg you guys to buy this book, you won't regret investing your money in such a great book. WHY YOU SHOULD READ IT: - It covered sensitive topics like depression. -The nail-biting suspense experience which I got by reading this book is unexplainable. -Keenly built characters. -Lucid but strong narration.

FAVORITE CHARACTER'S SKETCH: CATHERINE- she is the proponent of this story, she suffered from OCD. All her boyfriends cheated on her is the past. Richard is her current boyfriend who used her only for physical needs. she was never loved by her parents as a kid and she's been alone all her life- Catherine always blamed herself for it. She always had feelings for Adam even after they broke up. Catherine could not stand the fact that Adam and her best friend cheated on her. ADAM- Adam is silent but an important character in this novel. His importance in this novel will not be understood till the reader read the last page of the novel he has a good quality To to attract any girl and make them the part of a life stop first he was in a relationship with Catherine, then he had an affair with Kayleigh. After Catherine's suicide and Richard went to jail he appeared again to associate with Kayleigh. LOLA- Lola is Catherine's best friend. She is the person who is the rationale for Catherine's suicide because she cheated on her best friend for a guy. ______________
